Our services

  • Tensile strength testing:

    Our laboratory conducts destructive tests on tension, torsion and shear of your structural elements

    Tests are conducted at temperatures up to 650°C, we determine the key physical and mechanical properties of materials under static loads up to Pmax=100kN

  • Pendulum impact bending testing:

    Our laboratory conducts impact bending tests of your structural elements at reduced operating temperatures.

    Research temperatures from 20 to -80°C, nominal value of the pendulum's potential energy 300 J

  • Spring compression testing:

    We study the characteristics of compression springs and compile dependency curves

  • Hardness testing:

    We test material hardness by Brinell(HB) in the ranges 5-600HB and Rockwell(HRC) 20-70HRC after heat treatments.

  • Ultrasonic and magnetic particle defect detection:

    Our specialists certified according to DSTU/ISO 9712 conduct ultrasonic and magnetic particle defect detection testing of your structural elements.

    We detect defects in blanks from 30 mm in diameter and determine their characteristics.

  • Metallographic research:

    Our laboratory conducts metallographic studies of your structural elements to determine the structure and quality of the material.

    We work with samples that we receive from your equipment.

  • Chemical analysis:

    We have our own chemical laboratory for conducting physical-chemical tests and analysis of steels and cast irons by spectroscopy method.

    Based on the results of spectroscopic analysis, we issue a certificate confirming the compliance of the steel grade.

Why is testing important?

Destructive testing is the only way to get accurate data about the mechanical properties of metal, welds and composites. We conduct tests that allow us to accurately predict the behavior of a structure under critical loading.

Using materials without confirmed tensile strength is a risk of accident or node destruction! Our protocol is an official document that relieves the designer of responsibility and guarantees the safety of the structure
